Must have experience of working in a large kitchen and/or relevant qualifications.

All operational aspects of working a busy resort bar.

Must have an excellent customer service skills, a high standard of personal presentation, organisational abilities and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

French speakers preferred.
