Bar Manager required in a busy winter alpine ski resort. Applicant must have extensive bar experience, excellent customer service skills, a high standard of personal presentation, organisational abilities and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.Management duties involve staff training, cash handling , stocktaking, running service, supervising the staff, ensuring exceptional hygiene standards and promoting Scott's. French speakers preferred. Accommodation and food provided. one day off a week, reduced lift pass price and reasonable weekly wage.
