Your dream job! The Mountain Trading Company requires a GENERAL MANAGER in the French Alps.

Here is the chance to be fully responsible for the day to day management of one of the busiest bars/restaurant/hotel in the French Alps. The business is centrally located and host to an international clientele who will enjoy the stylish atmosphere and live music.

The successful candidate should have extensive commercial and F & B management experience (team management, promotion and advertising, costing,stock control,health and safety) as well as a knowledge of ski resort life; a proven track record of achieving financial targets, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. You will be responsible for staff training. Fluency in French an advantage.

Must have experience working in busy restaurants.

Good spoken French necessary.

All operational aspects of working a busy resort bar.

Must have an excellent customer service skills, a high standard of personal presentation, organisational abilities and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

French speakers preferred.

Monitoring floor area, some crowd control required.

Support services for a busy resort bar- smooth flow of glasses, changing barrels, cleaning, deliveries and stock requisitions.
